Haven't Forgotten Sarah Marshall
Hey! I did see Forgetting Sarah Marshall this weekend and can't wait to give you my thoughts! I have been held hostage by my 3 jobs, though, and haven't had a chance to do it! (This whole work thing is really getting tedious.) Tonight, I promise!
If you haven't see these fabulous films yet, then you need to procure them from your video/DVD source of choice and watch them. If you've already seen them, now would be a good time to watch them again:
1. Groundhog Day. It's the right month for it, after all.
2. Reds. This award-winning ambitious and engaging film tells the true story of American journalist John Reed, his relationships and especially his connection to Russia's 1917 Bolshevik revolution, both as an observer and ultimately a participant in the early years of the Soviet Union's genesis. Warren Beatty wrote, directed and starred in this fascinating and tragic look at the life of a passionate man ultimately dissillusioned. Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton head an impressive list of co-stars. The movie also gave birth to the always entertaining Warren Beatty-Jack Nicholson-Diane Keaton red carpet "shows" of the '80s.
